Good Price, Good Costumer Service
The gent was very polite on the phone, however, on arrival I was met with a locked door, and a very rude lady shouting through the door, she then refused for me to use the chip & pin machine & insisted I read my card details out loud to her!!! With other people behind me that was the last thing I was going to do, she read my card details and entered them manually, didn’t ask to confirm my postcode & house number, and was then very rude opening the door to place my purchase on a table, I have always used this shop for my Hot Tub requirements, no more, after this experience I will quite happily wait for a more professional shop to open, I appreciate there is a pandemic so social distancing goes without saying, but if you’re going to trade at least try and be polite to the customers supporting your business.
