Very quick to sell a car but noone wanted to talk to us when it came to listen to a complain. Had a problem with customer service (total lack of communication and knowledge) after leaving a 2 month old car for a battery change, took them a week to solve a problem. Had to call every day to check on the progress of the repair, every day different excuse. Requested a chat with a manager, found out from staff the place didn't have any manager in the shop??? After 2 weeks noone gave us a call back. 100% avoid the place!!

Very pleased with the service I received. I got a good deal and Andrew went above and beyond. Excellent service. I brought a mokka elite and was not pushed. my only concern was the valet It was very poor i paid to get it done else where as there wasn't much i could do as the car was delivered. but I still give 5 stars I very happy with the car

Poor service and they don't stand on there words,when they want to sell car then they promise everything but after they not bother. They make me to never buy a Vauxhall car if any issue will come they says its the common problem in the Vauxhall cars so sepeiclly don't buy any car from Slough Advance Vauxhall My car was under the warranty and they find out the problem then told me your case is open now and we will call you and give time to fix it,this happen in October 2020 and after they didn't contact me,even when I called then they said we will find out and call you back,I called them three times but they didn't reply me back yet Tiaan the name of the man who told me the case is open and we will call you back so Dont Trust on there warranty they just making money,and I want to mention they checked my car 4-5 time then they find out the problem, before they was saying your car has no issue,they waste my time alot,now I stop to call them because they gonna say same again

Just come back from here and had to post about how courteous and professional the staff were. Upon arrival we were plied with tea and hot chocolate before we were introduced to our salesman, Ben. He took us through the car we'd be driving before we headed out for a test drive. No hard sell or pushy sales tactics here, Ben took us through the features, then let the car get on with selling itself. The process was understated, enjoyable and Ben allowed us to drive anywhere I fancied. Afterwards he took us through the options before allowing me to think about it before sending me on my way with his business card.
