I order the mixed vegetables fried noodles all the time. I love the smoky flavour that can only be achieve with the restaurants high intensity burners & woks. BUT my patience is wearing thin on some of the ingredients, that are obviously not fresh and increasingly being sourced from a can. The baby corn especially is always watery and briny, also the mushrooms, water chestnuts and bamboo chutes. I feel my loyalty is being tested, especially as the restaurant and staff are so close to greatness...if you're going to charge top prices, please use top ingredients.

Really amazing food. We ate here as we were staying in the Copthorne Hotel and were really impressed with the quality of the food. Amazing, fresh and authentic. Great service and all round perfect meal. Maybe the best Asian I’ve ever had in the UK!!

A bunch of friends and myself, we basically just stumbled upon Bugis Street Brasserie in August. Very well trained and polite staff but we were there for food so here we go. Peking Duck is absolutely delicious and so is the Chinese Fried Rice but the this place has the best Prawn Crackers we have ever had. Very nice indeed.

This is one of the best restaurants I have been to. The food is amazing and the service is just impeccable. Feels like being at home. The staff are fantastic and always welcoming. They are attentive and fully aware of customer needs. The best staff include; Bee Leng Tan, David Lo & Dipesh. Highly recommended restaurant!

I only had buffet breakfast as part of the stay over package but it was shocking. The cereal bar looked like someone had gone at it with a baseball bat, Understaffed, not enough crockery and no organisation. There was a good variety of food I must say. I would like to say as a restaurant it is nice but my small experience would not tempt me back unfortunately

We didn't expect too much from this hotel based restaurant- it is very neutral and unassuming from the outside. But we got served with best flavoured dishes possible, all fresh and lovely: the hot and sour soup was from another world and the salt and peppered squid was exquisite! All members of the family agreed that Bugis street is a good choice, worth coming back for!

A bit dated but clean, hospitable and good facilities at a reasonable price
