Had to get emergency valentine's flowers for my partner after being let down twice by another company. Flowers box saved the day! Beautiful black rose arrangement. Ordered in the afternoon, were delivered by 09:30. Next day. Will definitely be using them again.

DO NOT USE!!! If I could give this organisation zero stars I would. I spent almost 200 on flowers for my very ill Nans 90th birthday which I saved weeks for, I paid 20 extra so they would absolutely be delivered on her birthday, and I have texts and emails from them confirming this would be done (as I asked them to confirm). My frail nan waited all day for the special present and it DID NOT arrive. I tried to call them and text them at 5.30pm and on the morning after, no response, the flowers turned up the day after her birthday after lunch but it was too late the day was ruined. I would not have spent all that money if I knew they wouldn't bother to deliver on her birthday and I still have had not a penny back from them. Absolutely disgusting service.
very fast delivery. Ordered the chocolate bouquet in the morning and had that delivered by 2pm. Very happy customer. Will use again
