Amazing salon who are very professional and caring. My daughter visited to have a wig fitted as she had lost her hair to radiotherapy and the team were fantastic with her. Very patient, understanding and kind. Thankyou for making her feel so special and understanding how emotional this was for all of us x

Hair in XS team were very friendly and professional, they made me feel at ease and were very welcoming. I've suffered hair loss for the last 5 years, not knowing what to do or where to turn, i was so unhappy until I finally came across Hair in XS. I have now got a full head of hair with one of their systems, my hair hasn't felt this amazing in years and thanks to debbie and her team of professionals I have regained my self confidence back and feel like me again. I would highly recommend, best thing I've ever done.

I paid over 1,400 and came every 5 weeks somtimes 4 weeks paying a 100 each time, I had many problems within the 18 months of having my unit. Michelle was profession and extremely hard working it's a shame I cant say the same for the manager. My hair was a total mess and matted after just half an hour of having the connections done, I went back in to be told to use a spray by debbie I was so embarrassed in front of two other clients, it's hard enough coming to terms with hair loss problems and the anixity of going into a salon the way I was treated that day was totally unforgivable and have photographic evidence. My unit was ready to be replaced and my mum advised me too try and find another salon, I was really nervous but i found a salon in london (thinking it would come at a high price i was surprised) they looked at Hairinx unit and was disgusted with A. How the connections where connected to the hair and the size of the holes in the net and the material (no wonder hair was sweating). The hair was not a high quality brand and nylon hair was found . I now go to this salon in london every 8 weeks I cant tell you the difference . My new unit took 9 hours to be put on not the rushed 2 and a bit hours hairinx took, I have a hair line and a choice of colours,shades of hair also the unit doesn't come off until you have a realinment which is every 6 months washing is so much easier and the salon I now go to show you how to wash and style the hair . Also after you have the hair styled with whatever you want curls,straight or even up it's amazing!!! Was was going to sue Hairinx but was offered my 1,400 back which I recieved a year ago however I lost a lot of money !!! Please do your research as I'm still very much upset with Hairinx treated . I now have hair that I'm totally over the moon with and enjoy being pampered every 8 weeks !!!
My experience at Hair INXS was fabulous. Professional, caring staff who have changed my life with a complete hair replacement system. I love my new hair and wish that I had gone to the salon 10 years ago. I highly recommend Debbie and her team of professionals. My life has improved dramatically now that I have a full head of hair. My confidence has grown and I can get on with my life without worrying about my hair loss. Highly recommended :-))
