The process from ordering to receiving the cake was faultless. The sheer quality and detail on the cake is amazing. This was delivered from almost 140 miles away and was received fully intact with superb packaging. Last, but not least, was the taste. It was very fresh and tasted better than any previous birthday cakes, either purchased from a supermarket or homemade. I cannot recommend this company enough and will definitely use them again!!

What a fabulous organization! Several times now they've stepped up to any challenge for a cake design my wife and I have given them; from birthdays to special occasions. The recipients loved them! We've had special cat paw birthday cakes, sewing designs and, more recently, a cake in the shape of the After Eights clock with peppermint cream for a birthday. We can't recommend them enough. They're creative, superb quality, the delivery is on point, the cakes are amazing, the staff helpful and friendly, and the cake chefs / designers are incredible. Please, if you haven't ordered from them before, do so this year. You won't be disappointed!

Really lovely cakes and very good service. I use this company for every cake we need. My sons love choosing from their extensive selection and are so happy when their choice arrives. The selection of fillings and sponge types is also really wide so every cake is different. Totally recommend!

New cakes it the place I use for all my birthday cakes.I came across them while browsing the web for my husband's 60th cake.I have order 5 cakes from them so far and everyone looks better than I could have imagined.They are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble.Even when it comes to the delivery,the cakes are wrapped up with care.This year I'm going to order a bespoke cake which is going to be a smart car for my husband's birthday and like always I can't wait to see it.I would highly recommend New cakes to anyone.

Used New Cakes for the first time in July for my daughters birthday and were so impressed we ordered another bespoke cake. From start to finish the staff are so helpful and want to create your perfect cake. The attention to detail and artistry is mind blowing. For this cake, we gave them an idea and they made something that surpassed our expectations. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will definitely be using them again. Don't worry if you don't live nearby - we don't and everything is so well packed even the delicate bits of construction arrived intact.
