I travelled 10 miles to get there, but not for the first time did they not have my HP Printer Cartridges in Stock. Nobody there to help or assist, and when I eventually did find somebody who works there, he was totally disinterested, simply said 'out of stock' and walked away. This is the last time I have made my way to this store!
Poor service on the dhl counter , first too long a wait to get a staff to serve you. The wait was not worth it as the staff member had no clue. As I was sent a courier every month offered assistance but the staff member was stubborn. Had to opt to go to whs smith Gerrads Cross to courier the parcel.
Best customer care. I have been a customer for long and always satisfied with good service.
