Have been going to Ray and his team for some time now and am so grateful to them for the help and service they provide. Always friendly and approachable and go out of their way to sort problems out. Many thanks to Ashley for his help today! Would recommend to anyone, they are great.

My car's head gasket had gone and I knew it was a big repair or a new car. I spoke to several garages and friends and Ray came highly recommended. The job required a proper garage with skilled mechanics that know what they're doing and how to take an engine apart, fix it and and put it back together working. Ray and his team did a great job and saved me from having to buy a new car. Thank you gentlemen. I'll happily use Ray again and recommend him and his garage.

This company was fantastic and helped me out with my car battery when no other places could help. I would highly recommend them especially if you own a citroen vehicle. I spent over a day ringing multiple places to try get my car battery changed however as soon as I rang Ray Williams, they were the first to get me sorted and get help sent out to me to change my battery on my car. Within the space of 2 hours, they had got the battery, driven to my house and changed the battery for me as well as checking to make sure everything was working. I cannot thank them enough.

Please do not use this company. My experience was short but long enough to write this review. Ray THE rudest, unprofessional, zero customer care and so called know it all of Tin English, yep that's what he said I was talking .. Tin English .. no idea. All I wanted was my Van fixed along with anything else that they might find wrong with it. But instead I was over spoken, not allowed to finish a sentence without being told that doesn't make sense, well let some finish their words. Considering we had never meet before I was treated like I owned you money. All this being said why did you say to me mid conversation "parlez vous anglais" ????? I am wasn't speaking in a French accent in fact I was born in the UK. The only difference between I and you are that I am punbaji and you aren't. Does make you think why treat a customer with so much rudeness and anger. Also, if you reply by saying you don't know who I am.... this happened on the 09/11/2020 around 2:30pm. Also, could I ask why you wasn't wearing a mask while I was next to your desk? along with your staff? Please people .... never use this company .. read the reviews .. anyone that didn't have a great experience here, Ray will reply by writing he doesn't know who they are. OK rant over .. and if you didn't understand the above .. google Tin English .. or Ray can translate.. pire entreprise en Angleterre
