Would give a zero if I could. Bought 4 lights for over 300 and expected half decent quality. Once the lights arrived I found 2 out of the 4 were damaged. I took them back to the store as I was very disappointed and wanted to refund the lot to get some different as the build was really cheap. I was then told if I wanted to refund the other 2 I would have to pay a 20% fee. So I paid 300 for light and now I have to pay 60 to refund?? Will never ever use again and will ensure none of my family use these con artists. Absolutely disgusting the way they treat people. Good luck to anyone else who actually uses them. Edit - As I can't reply to the comment below. The sales invoice states at the bottom Returns within 14 days check the website for terms and conditions. I have checked this but low and behold the website does not work. Why does it say returns within 14 days??
