Thank you Sunny for after sales service. Much appreciated. Original patio door fixtures were done on time and good value for money, and minor fixes taken care as well.

New bifold doors requiring building works to expand the opening. Excellent job and very pleased with the results.

Been using Sunny Windows now for 3 years and am very pleased with their quality of work and material. Furthermore their customer service and aftercare is simply brilliant. I will continue to use sunny windows going forward and will carry on recommending their services to family and friends.

I spoke to Sunny of Sunny Double Glazing Ltd following a visit I had from one of their salesman (Manoj Thakker). Sunny could not provide answers as to why the Company's representative was asking me to deposit monies (40% upfront) into his personal bank account in the absence of any official paperwork. A group of potential customers and I have now concluded that this Company and/or its salesmen are fishing potential customers through Facebook groups, visiting their homes and providing exceptionally cheap quotes and asking for deposits to be made into a personal bank account. If the whole personal account issue is questioned (as I luckily did), my salesman Manoj brought the whole \you'll have to pay VAT if you pay into the company business account\. In my instance, I made it clear from the outset that I was entirely happy to pay VAT and I requested a performa invoice on several occasions. It is no suprise that nothing to date has been emailed to me as promised either by Manoj or \the Company\. Highly suspicious behavior since the Company accept no liability for their employee/or self employed salesmen who are operating with their full knowledge on their behalf! The whole set up is starting to look very iffy to me as nothing adds up! Please do your due diligence and in the meantime here's the peforma invoice asking me to deposit monies into a personal account sent to me via whaatsapp by the salesman himself.
