These guys really did a very professional general cleaning. The team was well organised and fast.Excellent job, very good communication, reasonable price! I will for sure use them again! Recommended!
tl;dr: Cleaners were 2 hours late, made me late for work, refused to clean, refused to return 50 deposit. I don't know if these guys are just crooks or I was unlucky with their staff. I called in to book an end of tenancy cleaning, made sure to explain several times that I have a large living room with a wooden partition, we agreed on a price and time. Payed 50 deposit, cleaners showed up at 11.30 instead of 9.30 as we agreed. Let them into the flat and they text me 1h later saying that they want another 100 from me to clean the 2x3 space behind the wooden partition as a separate room. Keep in mind the partition can be completely opened leaving just one living room. This is 2 days before the end of my tenancy so I told them to just clean half of the living room, I can hover the rest myself in 5 minutes. They said to find someone else, blamed ME for wasting half of their day and that they are keeping the deposit. I had to spend the rest of the day finding other cleaners unable to work, absolutely unbelievable.
Lovely team, really fantastic weekly cleaning. Very thorough.
