Not a premium brand! Car went in for service after they had been told what was wrong - they didn’t have the parts so had to take it back a second time. 7 months later fault has come back. Despite 5 phone calls and 2 emails since October they won’t or can’t confirm what repairs they did in February so I don’t know if they replaced the part or not. You get left on hold, people (or the phone system) hangs up as the call sounds as if it’s being answered and emails must go into a black hole as I haven’t yet had a reply.

Myself and my partner have never bought a car from a dealership before and the thought of walking into a Mercedes dealership to look at Smart cars was slightly unnerving. After being stood around for a while I had to go ask if someone could come help us. From the moment Zara came over we both felt that we weren't a priority because we weren't spending big money. After discussing the finance on the smart car (128 a month) , she then proceeded to try to sell us a brand new Mercedes for 363 a month. She didn't inform us that they could do a search in the local area, and she also didn't mention that there were longer finance deals. We left the store feeling deflated and then went to the Huddersfield branch who were brilliant. They ended up getting the sale instead.

Came here for a part that I couldn't find anywhere else and was an absolute ball ache. The parts advisor ordered the wrong part and when I confronted him he started effing a blinding I know some people are overworked these days but they need to keep their cool especially in a so called professional environment Mercedes. anyway I got the right part and forgot about this experience and will go elsewhere in the future

Travelled a fair distance to purchase a car having discussed car with sales guy. Car was damaged on arrival (they did agree to replace panel) but then the price went up! 100 admin fee and 40 fuel! Having bought many cars from a variety of outlets never had a dealer try to add these to a second hand car at point of sale. Just a sales con to make the car cheaper on sales web sites etc. Safe to say we went else where and got a good deal. Would be one star if it wasn't for the actual sales guy, he tried his hardest, but hands were tied by sales manager who refused to sit with us to discuss! Won't be heading to this dealer again.
