Absolute con artists - STAY AWAY if you don't want to be conned. Took cash off my vulnerable old mother. The advice given was poor and when I contacted them failed to declare to me that they had taken 250 cash off her. We sent a letter in writing to say close the case and issue refund. My elderly disabled mum then went into their office to get the refund refused to hand money over. Advised us the accounts dept would need to issue it. Two weeks later after numerous calls still won't issue refund. Keep telling me that the solicitor who dealt with it is in court. What has that got to do with issuing a refund. The receptionists are rude. Don't use them unless you want poor advice at extortionate prices.
The staff were friendly and helpful, the information given to me was clear. I found the fee reasonable as well as value for money.
They were direct and to the point without being harsh or overly expensive.
