This has got to be the stupisist company I've ever dealt with. Three doors on the building, all leading to the same counter, but if you come through door one and ask them for an hydraulic pipe to be made they send you past door two (marked hydraulics) and onto door 3 (marked motorsport). Once there I discover that the door is locked and a notice reads \knock loudly or ring this number\. I try both options and get no answer. I return to door one and ask them to open door 3, they send someone to open it (despite being the same room). I am then told they have similar pipe but not braided and they that they dont have the fittings (despite both the pipe and the fittings being on display. I go to pay for the goods on account and get sent back to door 2 because despite being the same company in the same room, I don't have an account at door 3. I then ask for 50 males and 50 female hydraulic quick release fittings (a very expensive and worthwhile order) only to be told they don't do them.... really strange when my account history show that I've ordered hundreds of these in the past. Seriously, I'm not making this up!
