So disappointed with the service as the lady doing my facial wax could not speak English and done my eyebrows while I’ve told her 3 times that I don’t wanna do my eyebrows clearly. Also, the other lady there (who could speak English) did not even tell her what I wanted and didn’t even apologies at the end. Very very disappointed.

If i could give this place no stars I would. I've been to Preetis several times to get my eyebrows threaded and have never had an issue hence the repeat visit. On this occasion however I even felt like the beautician who was threading eyebrows was being very rough and using the scissors quite abit (I have thin haphazard eyebrows, they never need that much trimming) so something didn't feel right. When I was asked to check in the mirror I was horrified to see not only had my eyebrows been reduced in size when all I asked was for a tidy up, but one was significantly thinner than the other. When I complained the two \beauticians\ had the audacity to tell me it was in my head. My eyebrows are not only alot thinner than they have ever been but they don't even look the same. Will not be going here again and sticking to getting my eyebrows waxed in future, if they ever grow out.6

Preeti's beauty is the only place I come to get my waxing done! I'm from London and come to Preeti's every time I visit Birmingham. Her prices are amazing and affordable and she is always quick, making it very convenient for me! Definately recommend this place!
