Well my mom has started dialysis recently at this place and every session is a struggle. I rang them today to see if the machine can be programmed to a setting where most of the fluid can be taken out first few hour's on a setting that i use myself but thy dont do it. So what do they do to help patients get the fluid out Can u please post me the picture of the machine so i can see .

Most of the staff are lovely, my only concern is some need a little more training. For example if management has gone home who do the nurses get advice from, they don’t seem to know kmt. The problems are waiting a long time to go into room. It is understandable under the circumstances but when you get in the room the machine is not ready. I haven’t been attending this unit very long there are a few issues which needs raising at this present time I do not feel safe especially when I have a deterioration in my health the staff don’t seem equipped to deal with it and at times don’t seem sympathetic!!!
No timekeeping, no preparation prior to clients entering No machines working wen u get here , shortage of staff , no professional staff here in evening ie dietician no access to doctor some staff rude arrogant contractor needs to evaluate and monitor performance , left in your cubile upto 40 minutes a time prior to connecting u ridiculous Friday they forgot about me left me for 20 mns before they realised I was still here and today my bed not ready before because day patient late they forget to do temp today 6th November then wen I queried they made us wait another 20 mns then wen in my room machine not even turned on I told them to put o shortages of staff wen only 4 people here wen 12 people here same thing
