We used Smith Heritage Surveyors twice, once for a Grade II listed property and once for a more modern house. Both times the quote received was extremely competitive, the report was extremely detailed and received within 48 hours of the survey which was much appreciated. Additionally, Steve called us after both surveys to give a high level summary which was very helpful. Would thoroughly recommend.
