The service department is absolutely terrible! The first time i had my CBR650F serviced there it started leaking oil on the ride home, they had to get their sister company Bill Smiths to come and collect the bike and sort out their mess. Ive just gone to get my bike serviced there again (obviously i didnt learn the first time) after waiting nearly 6 weeks for a slot, i arrive at the door at 9am only to be told i was booked in yesterday. I told him that both my wife (whos gives me a lift back and to) both put it into our phone calendars as i was on the call, he told me thats not what his computer says and i will have to rebook in a months time. I asked if he could fit me in today as there was only 1 other person in the whole shop and i was told despite their mistake they were way too busy to do it. Just dont bother, the Honda stamp isnt worth the extra money, time or the hassle.
