Really poor customer service. Happy been waiting from the beginning of January for my order! I have contacted them multiple times however they still have not resolved it!

Not a great experience staff where helpful and friendly but the actual service was shocking. It took 2 weeks for 2 buckets and a drying towel to arrive after several phonecalls to find out why as they were on 24hr delivery turns out the warehouse hadnt let the office know they werent in stock thus hadnt let me know of the delay. The items arrived the towel was lose thrown in a bucket no packaging on the gritgaurds or towel not great when youll be drying your pride and joy with it.

Glad I I only got test kit snow foam I tried and to be totally honest don't look any cleaner and the car does have a ceramic coating it's a shame but will try the other testers in the kit
