So the SMS are the UK's think tank? Can I just remind them that the Triple Lock was introduced to avoid pensions falling behind inflation which it already had done for years previously. My wife's and my pension totals 22k per year and if we were only to rely on our state pension we would likely have to claim income support as I am sure many already do. Before the SMS start deliberating on pension cuts and the Guardian and other broadsheets and tabloids report on it, they should maybe look at the top earners in the UK who earn over 100k p/Year, and start with the overpaid BBC and ITV presenters and top journalists who seem to believe that now they are KEY WORKERS they are worthy of such enormous salaries. I know who's income I would support at the moment to be cut, and who I would give the cuts to!! The Deserved NHS workers!!!!!!!
