What a kind and thoughtful business! Long story, short(ish); My young family and I had to buy a new car after ours decided to die on our way back home from Bournemouth. Nowhere had the towbar we needed and nowhere had availability to fit one anyway. I called Solent and left a message. They called back very quickly and listened to our story. They were empathetic, patient and very personable. By some miracle they actually had the towbar we needed and although they were fully booked, they made an exception for us because we were so stressed about getting our family and caravan home. Not only that, but when we dropped the car off, they told us all about the beach, amusements and cafes we could go to so that we could try and make the most of being in Fareham! The towbar was fitted really quickly and professionally - looks great and does the job. Solent, if it wasn't for your kindness, my family and I wouldn't have known what to do. Thank you so much, you are amazing! From my family to yours, we wish you health and happiness.

Great friendly and professional company. Work was completed exactly when they said it would and to a very high standard. We even managed to break part of the electrics within a week of having the towbar fitted. A call to solent towbars was all it took and they sent someone out who quickly replaced the broken part. I needed a tow bar fitted at my home. I wanted it to mount a bike rack on and called a number of different Tow Bar installers that covered the Denmead area. Solent Towbars were the best option for me. I liked They were able to provide a quick service They arrived when they said they would in a sign written van (looked professional) They wore branded clothing (looked professional) They were chatty and explained the steps they were taking They demonstrated and proved the electrics worked before I left I was able to pay by credit card at the end of the job when I was satisfied They never left any mess or damaged the vehicle in any way
