Omg!!!! I had 4 (yes 4) bags from the “too good to go” app. We were not disappointed. Fresh and still hot variety of pretzels I shared with family and close friends

Amazingly fresh food and exceptional customer service! Visited here and they made us fresh cheese pretzels which were delicious. The wait time was around 8-10 minutes but totally worth it. The guys working there offered us free drinks for the wait because it took longer than expected. Would return here as the quality was great and the customer service too.
Bought a jalapeño pretzel today. It was greasy and rubbery. I had oil on my fingers. Wasn’t very nice. I have bought the same pretzel before when the store first opened. It was good then. Looks like standards have dropped. For the 4.20 paid it wasn’t worth the money. Sorry I don’t normally give bad reviews , but had to write my opinion in this occasion.
orderd a bag on to good to go . which supposed to be a box of goods . drove 5 miles into Solihull touchwood shopping centre to see i only get 3 cookies in a bag !!! full of sugar ! waste of time and money .
Do not buy any overpriced food here, it's not worth it. Stick to Greggs.
