Kyla was amazing! She made me feel comfortable the moment I met her. I had no idea what style of dress I wanted. She was so patient with me and even picked out a dress I wouldn’t usually pick out for myself. The dress she picked was THE ONE! Beautiful little shop, lots of choice and the staff are second to none.

I was felt at ease the moment I walked in to the beautiful chapel. I didn’t think id feel comfortable trying dresses on but Kyla made me feel like a princess and was so helpful and honest. A lovely And very Patient lady. The owner (Jen) made us feel like nothing was too much trouble and was also very friendly and helped arrange my alterations in-house. We arranged a visit for my daughter to try on prom dresses. Our experience was amazing. Staff were every attentive and nothing was to much trouble. My daughter had a wonderful time and chose a stunning dress that she absolutely loves. Jen (owner) has also agreed to have dress stored at the shop, altered and steamed before delivering in person to us on the day of prom. Thanks so much guys x

I did not expect to find my dress on my first day of searching, but Kyla helped me find a dress that is so much more than I could have ever dreamt it would be! From the moment we walked in (full bride squad in tow), we all felt so comfortable and relaxed. My anxiety had been through the roof, but I quickly knew that I was in the safest hands with Kyla and cannot wait to get back to Ava May for my fitting.
