I have wondered to right this review but I feel very let down by the aftercare of Bayberry. My husband went into rehab for a whole month spending 10,000 the accommodation was good, the care and attention of the staff amazing but there is non existent aftercare except being told to continue with AA meetings. This wasn’t possible when Covid hit after. I rang but got no advice and no help So frustrating! The aftercare of Barberry needs to be seriously looked at again because it’s doesn’t exist!! Think really seriously about this place. We have been severely let down!️

Bayberry is the place to regain sanity and a sense of humour. Highly recommended for the care and compassion of support staff and councillors, and the food is rather good too.

Therapy and support is outstanding - all highly qualified experts but very caring and good humoured (and they look after the family aswell). Well respected and recognised clinic that lives up to its press. No hesitation in recommending to any families needing help for loved ones. They take a lot of time when you call, explaining things and talking you through everything and are very patient answering as many questions as you have.

Everyone is committed to recovery and they genuinely want to support this for the long term. Lots of treatment options available out there and all very different but would recommend bayberry.

I write this review noticing that this will be the first of its kind for Bayberry perhaps this will back up the lack of reviews, being a desperate parent with my daughter having a problem with Alcohol, Bayberry was available for a 2 week rehab/detox, the cost of 7000/ week was the fee, the accomodation and food was 4 star, but, the after care was non existent, unfortunately my daughter is back in same condition if not worse than she was on her detox at Bayberry, I am now seriously looking for a residential rehab , this time I will not be ripped off as i feel Bayberry did to me..
