Had a prearranged appointment booked online at a cost of 65 to get a Coronavirus also known as Covid-19 antibody blood test using a CE approved method. The result will be emailed in 3 ish working days time. At the centre face masks are worn and you have to complete a simple form and show proof of ID, the staff were very helpful and kind. Parking is easy and located through to the rear of the building. ve or -ve is the question. Answer -ve

Had a health assessment. Very welcoming health advisor. Felt comfortable. All issues discussed in detail and perfect detailed overview of health. Very professional! The best healthcare I've received.

Been attending the dental department and I wonder if money really makes that much of a difference... Expense is not even a consideration when it comes to my comfort or treatments, they do everything possible to cause the minimum amount of pain or discomfort, I'll never go anywhere else.

I was looking for a GP appointment for my mother in law just before Christmas. Solihull Parkway hospital couldn't help me but where polite and helpful. The BUPA receptionist could help me and was unsympathetic, brusque and made me feel stupid. I rang about 11.30 if you want to check the tapes. Guess which provider I would return to next time?
