Joined this gym, post lockdown 1, having moved into the Solihull Borough. Key Summaries -Motivated Salesmen, who just want Business rather than focusing on your goals or wellbeing. - Clueless staff. Especially the reception. Even though my payment was taken, I was getting constant phone-calls from the DL debt collection team. The reception staff were exceptionally unhelpful in resolving the matter! - Never got a smile and always felt like an isolated Asian at this gym. Even the younger members of my age, gave off an air of superiority and seemed hostile. - The most important.... an absolute rip of in terms of value for money. Off peaks hours are useless and all the peaks offer no more then other premium Gyms in the area! Screaming children in the pools and changing rooms.
