It's a great gym sauna n steam room was a bit of a let down
Called to cancel my membership in March at the start of lockdown before i moved down south. Was not emailed back until July ( 4 months!) in which they told me that even though the last 4 months the gym has been closed, that they still need to charge me an additional 1 month to cancel my membership. I am now paying for a months membership for August even though i moved from Solihull in March. On site staff were lovely on the phone i cant fault them - It is extremely poor however from FF for hows its handling its customers in already financially difficult times. The fact its taken 4 months to even hear back from my request to cancel is another matter.
Excellent gym facility and polite honest staff
Nice gym. Steam rooms a bit iffy.
