I was informed by Volvo re: two recalls that my (lovely) V60 needed to be taken in for. Johnson’s contacted me and arranged collection of the car - so handy as I work from home at the mo and we were isolating. They were polite, kind and kept me informed. When the car was collected it was done professionally and safely. Upon return the work had been carried out in only a couple of hours and the car had been beautifully valeted. Overall this is a very good dealership and would have got five stars if wasnt for one fact and thats the person who dealt with our sale. I found him quite disingenuous like you could see what he was thinking behind the false smile and then there was the pick up this day then that day. So I suppose I am more slightly miffed with one staff member than the dealership as a whole who were professional and did there job. Still feels like a four star though really rubbed me up the wrong way.
