I'm new to Birmingham so I asked around and was suggested this particular practice by several of my friends and family, two dentists from Bristol also suggested this practice. It was reassuring that this practice had been recommended by so many people, especially since I had chipped half my front tooth off (I was incredibly nervous). But I was greeted by a lovely receptionist and made to feel very comfortable. The Dentist himself ((Dr. Harmon, (hopefully spelt correctly)) then came to collect me. Made an assessment and then explained what he thought the most appropriate treatment was. He also provided other options in case that wasn't the route I wanted to take. After agreeing on a course of action, Dr. Harmon and his brilliant assistant Molly completed the procedure within 10 minutes!! The whole thing took roughly 25 minutes and I had a fantastic new tooth afterwards.
