We tried this bar after being told how good it was by another bar owner in Knowle this evening. On entering nobody was available for seating but my partner filled in the track and trace register as the bar was less than full with plenty of seating available outside. Eventually a very rude woman came up to us and said have you booked? We replied no that we had not, to which she replied you are not welcome. On saying that we were more than happy to sit outside she said the whole bar had been booked up and that we had to leave. We will not return and neither will we recommend this establishment to friends or family, absolutely appalled by the reception.

We had a lovely experience at Oktogon on Sunday! They kindly reserved 2-3 tables for us, for no charge, from 2pm and we spent 7 hours with family and friends enjoying their hospitality! The drinks were quite expensive but the variety of beers and gins were certainly very pleasant and the atmosphere was suitably festive... The work staff were attentive, always happy to help and willing to share their recommendations. The pizzas were also nice and we had a great time overall. Thanks to all the staff!!

A spacious and cool Scandinavian style bar and coffee shop. A wonderful little retreat in the centre of Knowle. Great for Friday night gins with a large variety of spirits. The ambience is warm and friendly with animal skin rugs upon the chairs. Definitely going to plan a few meet ups here! Would definitely recommend a visit. The service is also brilliant. All staff were friendly and helpful.
