I've been coming to this practice for years and years way before it was Smile Concepts, but this set up is better. Sean is my dentist and Sam usually his nurse. They make you feel relaxed, comfortable, and safe. Nothing is too much trouble. You can have a laugh with them too, bit like being your buddies. I used to hate the dentist due to anxieties with a bad experience, I was put off and scared, but not any more. Can't recommend these two enough, thank you both. Sophie on reception is lovely too, always has a little chat with you. Hygienist Yvonne is also just as fab caring for your wellbeing. I can only review those who have treated me, but I'm sure all the dentists are just as caring and put you at ease. Thanks very much, don't ever retire!!!

I can not thank smile concepts in Solihull enough, in particular Dentist Claire Burgess for the pain free treatment I have been receiving to achieve a new smile following a period of three years with receding gums. I am overjoyed in being able to fully smile again without being conscious of my look. Claire Burgess is a perfectionist. I would highly recommend smile concepts in Solihull as i am highly satisfied. Thank you so much.

My husband has been back and fourth to the surgery he is awaiting 2 crowns on his front teeth Paris did some temporary ones for him whilst he is awaiting his ordered ones. The team have gone above and beyond at getting him in (very last minute) would highly recommend these guys. Can’t wait to see the final result. Deff will use again.

I had my upper front teeth restored lately using Bioclear method by Dr Claire Burgess.I can not even express how happy I am now!I gained my confidence to smile and eat without worrying that the thin edges and old fillings may break away.The aesthetic result is amazing.What a lovely, friendly, professional and stress free treatment ! The customer service is very good as well, I appreciated the follow up phone calls to make sure that everything was ok.Highly recommended !!

Customer service is beyond appalling! After I'd paid and been for my consultation, I tried to call over 15 times to book in for the procedure, I was told I'd get a call back.. never did! Nor did they reply to any of my emails. They will book you in for an expensive consultation then ignore you. Take your money then ignore you!! I would not recommend! Its been over a month and still haven't heard anything back. STAY CLEAR!!!!
