Through PC Medic's 'sister company' (Shadow Support) they have supported Solihull Arden Club's IT systems for around 10 years now. Service is excellent and their technical knowledge is outstanding. Problems are solved swiftly with no hassle. Pricing is fair and honest, with us never having had to challenge costs. They also host our website and club email making it so simple by having everything in one place. Excellent..!!

Lost some software previously installed by PC Medic when I had a new hard drive fitted by them. Problem resolved be e-mail in a few hours. Not the first time I have used PC Medic and won't be the last if I get problems in the future..
