Friendly Staff maybe but unprofessional. After buying above 20 cars from this brand within the family and around the world, it was surely the worst experience on a second hand car certified BMW. The car was supposedly inspected for everything working. The car was delivered with faulty ambient light and the cluster glass broken. I had to send the car to the nearest dealer available because the nearest was only available end of November to fix the ambient light. The cluster remain broken for now until it brakes during cold weather. Do not buy from here avoid at all cost. due to purchase history I have now to reach BMW Germany to explain the buying story. This kind of dealership surely impact the image of the brand globally. Updates: I have been recently reached following a review on their sytner group by the car dealer manager or so. They offered me 150 yes one hundred fifty pounds for a part that would cost between 1600 and 2500 without VAT without labour. This is now insulting more than anything else, do not deal with this dealership neither this group. What a disgrace for the brand.
