Jack was brilliant from start to finish. Rang around for a few quotes but the West Midlands Security offered by far the best value for money. Jack provided a quote following a full security assessment. The advice seemed to link to what friends and family had advised. Excellent communication and trust worthy. I would highly recommend if you you are thinking about installing an alarm system you at least have a conversation and get a qoute it's your choice then.

Would highly recommend Jack and his team, he has made our family home feel a lot more secure. Updated everything and even rewired an old Alarm Box that kept randomly going off in the middle of the night. He was polite, punctual and very knowledgeable putting our minds at ease. Jack is Fantastic so friendly and help full. We rang Jack a few years ago. When our battery was not working propperly. As our original installer was not interested in coming to fix it. Jack came out in a prompt time frame and did his maintanance checks. He soon identified that we needed a new bsttery. He also went on to say he thought we had been miss sold an old batter When it was Originaly fitted. We where glad to have had a fantastic service from Jack so much so he took over our alarm servising and maintanance. You can get cheap cctv and alarms but if you pay cheap you can often pay twice. For instance you can get cheap cctv for 400 but it does now last. What equipment Jack uses is specialist trade equipment. I had 4 cheap Swann CCTV camers and DVR these lasted 2 or 3 years then green started showing up on my cameras. I could not make people or items outside my shop out. I could not tell if it was a person or my stock. The other thing is paying for storage is a waste of money to back it up to a cloud service. You might aswell spend 1,000 on propper CCTV instalation. You also have Jack and his team come and maintain and fix any issues you might have in the future. We learnt after sales customer care is vital with any CCTV or Alarms. We have been let down by other security firms before. I shall carry on recomending Jack for many years to come. Keep up the good work.
