A very bad place to work. The Manager and owner are Very horrible people. They have ruined my passion and career towards healthcare by making false accusations to high professionals to kick me out of the work place and they where successful. They Do not pay correct wages. I was a member of the office and management working along side with the manager and owner, and can confirm it is very unorganised. The manager and owner where not in the office, not running the business environment and just told us to make files without clear instructions. Carers where not monitored, and where not payed right, and where not given any work as advertised. I helped the company and was willing to stick with this company but they just ruined my career and all my years of hard work in the health sector. To all the people out there , Please DO NOT apply to work with solution2care as you will be treated horribly and not payed right ...just the way I did and just the way others have.
