I, like all responsible employers, take great care to observe and obey the rules regarding employment law and treat all my staff with the utmost respect at all times. However, despite this I have been subject to a nightmare scenario that has felt like watching a car crash in slow motion unfold before me. As I have done for the past 12 years, I turned to Jane Carroll and her team at Solutions for HR.
