We found this company really excellent to deal with and professional. We purchased a used power chair and they had a great range at keen prices. Good product knowledge,helpful and friendly. Can't recommend too highly. Good warranty which hopefully we will not need as they check things very thoroughly before delivery.

After seeing an advert on Ebay for the wheelchair of my dreams I plucked up enough courage and called, I was met with a lovely warm friendly voice who was welcoming and friendly, She explained everything and even finance options and we arranged to meet at their workshop (which isn't a million miles from me) WOW I was so impressed I tried the chair I liked and was measured and fitted for it. and was also amazed to find I could have countless options mechanical and electrical fitted as they carried all the spares. I went away impressed and having placed the order I added quite a few modifications to the chair they accommodated and I was presented with a top of the range bespoke wheelchair that is amazing and fits my every need. even when I go to hospital appointments or to stay for a few days patients and nurses alike are impressed and I get comments like "I've never seen anything like it" it even helps to transfer me to a bed. to sum up Solutions Mobility are highly recommended, they know their stuff and aren't expensive at all. Well done Guys id recommend you to anyone. and Thanks for building me a fantastic Wheelchair!!

I bought two chairs. They were for two purposes. One a lift rascal which had an elevation feature for the house and the other a pride jazzy for the car and rough ground. They were both as described exactly. The rascal looked brand new and the jazzy looked as it had never been used. The thing I wish to let people know is I found the company on eBay and the communication was excellent. I live in Blackburn so couldn’t visit. Their communication was excellent. The customer service at dealing with any issues is unparalleled. I had one scooter stop working on a Sunday reported it to them on Monday it was collected Tuesday and returned fully fixed on Thursday. It was a rare one off breakage. But it is how you are treated when something goes wrong is how I rate people. The company and my experience is second to none.

I bought a wheelchair from this company and cannot praise them enough. They were fast, efficient, very helpful. I also thought that their used wheelchairs, and I say used lightly as mine was about 9 months old are immaculate. I could not believe what a quality chair I bought for a very good price. I would only use this company in future as in my experience they are the best priced and greatest value I have experienced.

I got in contact with solutions Mobility as i needed to change my battery in my electric wheelchair and as i had my year warranty i got it completely FREE they was so polite and kind about it they came to my house and installed them the process from me ringing them to actually having my battery in was 3 days i will definitely stay with solutions Mobility
