First class service, very friendly and very safe through these covid times. Robert came in wearing a full face respiratory mask to keep everyone safe. We called Robert to sweep the chimney & replace the cap at the top. He fitted us in quickly as he had a cancellation. He was efficient and left the room immaculate (whilst graciously answering the million questions he was asked by our kids). He also gave us advice on our plans to change an existing fireplace & substantial hearth, so we asked him back to design, source & install the project. Despite facing some challenges getting the flue liner down our tricky chimney, he did a superb job and has transformed the room for us. The job was tidy, efficient and great value. We would not hesitate to recommend Robert. Thank you.
