I was interested in learning more about how Sophie works and I was keen to improve my self-confidence. I was anxious about talking about personal issues, but was relieved to find that there was no need to go into details with Sophie, just to be aware of them myself and work from there. Sophie skilfully prompted that awareness and gave me the tools for dealing with different situations. The process was not what I had expected, but I loved that and felt huge admiration for Sophie’s skill and sensitivity. I feel empowered to deal with difficult relationships and situations in a positive way following my session with Sophie and would recommend her to you.

I went to Sophie as I have a very busy job and life, juggling children, work, family and friends. I wasn’t sure what to expect so I was happy to go with the flow. The experience was relaxing and quite an eye opener. I discovered blockers I’d subconsciously put in place that weren’t allowing me to move forward. A very interesting and worthwhile experience.
Hi there, I had a Skype call with Sophie recently, Sophie is my coach for my business. I was feeling very overwhelmed and frustrated with my business and felt like I was going around in circles not getting anywhere, I was getting very upset and was not able to see what was going on, how to control it and move away from the situation. I called Sophie to ask her a question and she offered to do some healing on me noticing my distress. I agreed as I couldn't see a way out of my predicament and trusted her wholeheartedly. Sophie calmed me down straight away and helped me focus on the task ahead. We did some visual exercises together and some visualisations giving me tools as to how to help my self. She has an amazing ability to know what was going on with me. Helping me see what I needed to let go of and what I needed to nurture. I would totally recommend Sophie to help you with any difficulty you may come across, she is truly AMAZING. Thank you Sophie. x
