Firstly, if I could rate 0 stars then I would. The sellers of the property used this company and they are shocking, they held up the process by an unknown amount of time. Charlotte were my Sellers main point of contact, they advised me how they would not respond to their queries and feel that they took advantage of them being first time buyers having not gone through the sales process before. The company are completely unprofessional and claimed that they haven’t received paperwork on several occasions, it’s an unorganised mess. Selling and buying a property is stressful enough, the whole process was made 100 x worse due to my buyers using 'sort legal'…….we nearly lost our new home due to the delays these solicitors caused by their lack of communication and incompetence’s. If you are looking for reliable solicitors for the sale or purchase of your home avoid this company at all costs, I am sure that someone with no legal training could have done a better job.

I was a little disappointed with the service provided. There were numerous errors in the documents some of which took repeated requests to get them amended. As mortgage documents tend not to be in 'lay-speak' I found it stressful that I was having to check them so closely
