Really polite and chilled staff. Fun place with lots of fun stuff!
As a new customer I was satisfied that I could order an item that I had been looking for. Everything was running normally and I was able to finalize the purchase with shipping costs included. However, my surprise was great when I received an email a few hours later with the message that I had to make an additional deposit because the shipping costs were not correct and were practically double. I had never experienced this yet ... ... After a few emails I was informed that the shipping costs had not yet been updated and that I could get my money back. Lucky I paid with Pay Pall. They will never see me here again.
Great shop to find toys for children. In addition a dog friendly place! A good way to support local shops!
The customer service is so shockingly rude, a mixture of barking and pointing with complete disinterest. All the other childrens’ shops in Crouch End can’t do enough. pointing you to other shopS (including soup dragon) with suggestions of where you might find the item if they don’t have it. The person in charge at soup dragon has let the power go to her head. Awful.
