After being told by doctors that I had Trigeminal neuralgia whilst being 8 months pregnant with twins they advised there was nothing they could do until the babies were born. After suffering for 8 nights with no sleep and just excruciating facial pain with constant attacks it was taking its toll on me. I was recommend to Snow by a friend and after just 3 sessions of acupuncture along with some Chinese herbs I have not had one attack in 2 weeks now. I feel so much better in myself and I am sleeping again. Snow really knows her stuff and I am so grateful to have found her and would recommend her to anyone. Thank you so much. Emma K

I have attended Centred Health for just over 8 years now. Within this time I have been treated by 3 of the acupuncturists. I suffer with bulging disks, osteoarthritis and spondylosis in the lower back, osteoarthritis in the neck, along with widespread pains of fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue along with many other symptoms. So I am not the easiest of patients. I have found my treatment plan most effective. The choice of a combination approach of acupuncture, manipulation an herbs, works for me. The acupuncturists are delightful, and have helped me no end, mentally as well as physically, been always patient, willing to listen, an give good sound advice of how I can also help myself.
