From start to finish, the service I received from the Logics Technologies team was excellent. Saurabh took the time to answer every question I had (and there were quite a few!). He was transparent about the cost and this was incredibly reassuring as the quotes I received varied considerably. On the day, the engineer arrived on time, discussed the final options on installation and worked quickly and neatly. The installation finished with a quick lesson on how to use the system and a reminder to call the tech. team if I had any further questions. Brilliant! And all within a very reasonable budget.
