No water since Saturday and I have just worked 4 consecutive days in this appalling heat, Friday through to Monday, unable to have a shower or wash my clothes, living on bottled water, it's disgraceful and completely unacceptable, never mind the fact that we are supposed to be washing our hands more frequently due to the pandemic . I don't have a garden and am very mindful of my water consumption so cannot be accused of being a \water waster\ Have made numerous calls but they appear to have no idea when my supply will be resumed. This is the UK, we are not a third world country yet in this awful unprecedented heatwave the most precious commodity is unavailable, I cannot put into words how frustrated and angry I am .

We are in the middle of a heat wave and we have had no running water for 4 days now. South East Water blame it on people watering their gardens but have not brought in a hose pipe ban nor have they controlled the flow of water through their network so that every area gets some. Surely this is basic resource management. Yes they have provided bottle water - limited to six bottles a day per household to cover drinking, bathing and sanitary. Surely this is now a health and safety issue.

This company is about as bad as your ever going to find. They forced us to have a water meter which clearly dose not work properly. They say we are using the same water as 8 adults when they’re is only 4 of us they looked at the meter said it was faulty, didn’t replace it and carry on charging what ever they want. My bill is now well over 800 if this is not a license to print money I don’t no what is .

This is the third time in recent years that I have been without water. Once at Christmas and twice in summer. I have now been without water for 4 days in 33⁰ heat, during a pandemic when I am supposed to be washing my hand regularly. This is not acceptable. You need to sort out your infrastructure not tell us customers that we are using too much water!

Old water meter burst about 22:45 last night. New one fitted today, water flow more powerful than before. Everyone I spoke to were polite and very helpful. Thankyou to all involved 10/10.
