Well organised, clean and safe environment. Nice friendly staff. Covid rules are very clear and explained fully by the staff. Had a computer session booked; waited outside as instructed, and I was greeted precisely on time. \u200d️

A fantastic library for all ages. So much happening (not the \stand\ library). Lovely little events for the children. Would recommend this facility to anybody.

Would have gave 2 star, only reason I didn't is because the staff were pleasant. 50p to print 1 coloured sheet and the printer is not set up for double sided which I was told they could do. Not ideal if you have loads to print.

Entrance to the Word is free. I visited in June this year to enquire about the availability of conference type rooms. The interior of the Word is bright and spacious. I was shown two rooms one of which was perfect seating 32, 48, or 72 persons depending on the chosen tables layout. During the visit I was shown around the facilities of the Word. It has a very comfortable general soft seating area, a cafeteria for hot and cold foods and soft beverages. There are various areas of interest within the building and the staff are helpful, informative and polite. I would highly recommend a visit.
