We had The Hive thermostat fitted by Tyne and Wear heating. They were recommended to me by 2 family members who had work done by this company. They were both very happy with the work too. Nathan and Co removed our old back boiler and fitted a new combi. They were all very efficient, tidy, polite and professional. They arrived on time both days, carried out the work in a timely manner and were really friendly and approachable. They were also very knowledgeable and answered all of my many questions. We are very pleased with the work carried out and highly recommend Tyne and Wear heating.
Absolutely fantastic service , approach, professionalism. They totally gave 150 percent of their time and effort in order to replace heating system ahead of schedule so that I would not be left in a cold house in cold weather . Another bonus was how clean and tidy they left the place. I can’t recommend them highly enough - ten stars !

I had no to very low pressure on boiler. Couldn't find answer online. Called Tyne & Wear Heating. They asked for some photos of the boiler and had the problem fixed in minutes. Highly recommended and would use again Excellent service too
