I don’t normally write reviews but I feel compelled to do so on this occasion. Having used Nissan to lease my work vehicle on a 3 year contract to teach people to drive, 2.5 years in the alternator went and I was left off the road for almost 3 weeks whilst Nissan repeatedly had the wrong part delivered from Holland. At no point was any replacement vehicle provided nor any compensation offered. I was told that dual controls were not something they could provide in the short term even though they fitted them for me on a ‘driving school scheme’ prior to receiving the vehicle at the start of my contract. To ensure I could work in these 3 weeks I had to lease a second vehicle at great expense whilst still having to pay for the lease with Nissan. This probably cost me the best part of 1000 with lost working hours and leasing a second vehicle. I would never go back to Nissan again for this reason as they could not have cared less.

Excellent service good communication and updates on what was happening. Car was ready when they said. We will be using them for the next service.
Brilliant service in Exeter with Charley, a very knowledgable and friendly chap with who at no time did we feel pressurised to buy a car. Viewed the entire range on Sunday getting keys and access to vehicles was no problem, test drive also no problem whilst covid safe. Communication with Charley once the decision was made was easy and on my preferred medium. Today collection day, Charley gave another comprehensive tour of the car and all its technology , very reassuring and thorough. All in all delighted, we’ll be back!.
Truly excellent customer service — Bradley and the service technicians went out of their way to provide the alterations, checks and supporting statements required to import our Austrian Micra to the UK. We will be back in 12 months time for our next service and MOT.
I recently bought a Nissan Qashqai from the Exeter Franchise. I dealt with Dolton in car sales. Extremely helpful and supportive. The whole ethos of buying the Qashqai was five star. The staff were professional and friendly. The Qashqai is exactly what I wanted and is a superb car to own and drive. Well done Exeter Nissan.

Very disappointing - we haven't bought a new vehicle so we didn't get the 'great customer service' left waiting 15 weeks without our work vehicle due to a part supply issue, with no- communication from the dealership - we had to chase them all the time to find out what was happening, then charged over 300 for a brake caliper that seized up while vehicle was parked up for so long - Customer service? I don't think so! After 30 years driving Cabstars we are selling the vehicle and changing brand.
They were very helpful and kept me informed on my cars sevice
