Very honest description. I bought a vehicle from this company without seeing it and spent just over 20,000 which was daunting to say the least. However they were very accommodating, answered all questions I put to them quickly, allowed for an independent inspection to be carried out on the car and did a video of the vehicle also which was very helpful. The car came serviced and with a new MOT for peace of mind. I could not recommend them enough. I absolutely love my Mercedes ML. Thank you again. Pam

Bought a Mercedes GL AMG from South West Vehicles in August 2020. It was the most costly vehicle we had ever purchased and naturally we were anxious and "a potentially difficult client" as a result. Jordan and Sean were both just the most helpful and understanding guys and they really took the time and patience to walk us through our concerns and to go the extra mile for us in almost every way. They mentioned some minor issues they wanted to repair without us having even noticed the problems, they ordered only OEM Mercedes components (except for some replacement floor mats). They also replaced two of the tires and extended the motor warranty to 6 months at no extra cost. We needed the vehicle within a tight time frame and needed to drive it away before all the replacement parts had arrived, so they arranged for the parts to be shipped to our address and covered the cost of fitment at a local auto technician in our city. After having seen 12 of the same model car at 12 different dealerships, I couldn't recommend SW Vehicles more. Having seen what is out there and comparing the optional extras, mileage and conditions, the level or service and pricing, these guys are simply the best value for money. Their vehicles are very reasonably priced as they do their homework to keep their margins tight, which means less room to negotiate, but at least you know you are getting a good deal even if you don't try bargain as you can trust that they won't try to rip you off. We never once felt uncomfortable or pressured to buy, which is a big difference to many other dealers we have dealt with. They really are the cream of their trade to such a point that now that we are looking for another car, I started by looking at what stock they had first. Thank you Jordan. Thank you Sean. Still loving this car every day.

Really impressed with South West Vehicles. Sean and Jordan were great, they were knowledgeable, informative and patient. My husband and I visited several times as we really weren't sure about which car to buy, we took several cars for a test drive and despite taking a large amount of their time, we never felt pressured to buy. There were plenty of options available to look at and they even offered to source a car for me if something really took my fancy. When we did find our perfect car, it was in immaculate condition, we have a thorough explanation of how everything worked and it came with a warranty.
