Well on finding a new home which we desperately wanted, the challenge was to find a way to buy it in the quickest time frame making sure we didn't miss out on our dream home. After filling in a random form on the internet we were pointed towards South Yorkshire Money and Alan Braithwaite. The advise he gave was instrumental in us achieving the purchase of our home.
