Having just moved into my new property I wanted the best appliances whilst having my New kitchen installed and having shopped around I found the prices here extremely competitive, in fact cheaper than some leading larger companies and the internet. I would add that the customer service was excellent and I was served my someone who was very knowledgeable and took time to explain different features as I was spoilt for choice with the selection of brands available. I opted for Siemens appliances and am very happy with the speed in delivery and the setting up of my machines. I have already recommend them to family and friends as a company who truly value customer service.

I recently had my kitchen done and bought all my appliances from these guys. Theres so much choice out there it can be difficult to find what’s right for you but these guys were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. For example they recommended a hot tap and insinkerator which I am so glad I went for. Not to mention that they are very competitive on price. I would definitely recommend them.
I purchased a Siemens fridge, hotpoint dryer, a hob and a hood from this company. I cannot thank A&A appliances enough. The recommendations and advice I was given by staff regarding all of these products was fantastic and all pricing was very competitive compared to the internet.. It was delivered in a timely fashion and with no hassle. I am really impressed with the customer service I received.I will definitely be recommending A&A appliances to my family and friends and I'm sure if in future I need any other products I will go to them first. Thank you once again for the excellent service.
Been using them for over fifteen years through my estate agency. They are the best guys out there. Have used other companies at the request of landlords in order for them to 'try' & save money, but Imran & co go the extra mile to accomodate us.
Absolute rubbish customer service. Called them to get information about the gas cooker, spoke to Bev, she said all the cookers are included delivery & installation, we agreed on a cooker and the price, next day they give me completely different information, spoke to Anu she was clueless, spoke to Imran the manager, he was not just clueless but also hopeless, asking me to provide the pictures of the kitchen, keep away from this place, as they don’t mind wasting your time at all, proudly
